We offer transfers from Bathurst Airport to Mt Panorama during all 4 days (from 9th – 12th October 2025 ) of the event by either helicopter or fixed wing aircraft. If you fly in by plane to Bathurst Airport we will transfer you to the mountain by helicopter for $400 (return) or $350 (one-way). Please contact us if you would like a transfer from Sydney to Bathurst and we will direct you accordingly.
SCENIC FLIGHTS AT Repco Bathurst 1000
As always we will be conducting the must do scenic flights around the mountain each day with 6 of our helicopters.
Prices are:
$100 pp Thursday & Friday
$120 pp Saturday & Sunday
These flights are extremely popular. You will enjoy a birds eye view of the cars as you complete two entire laps of the track yourself at over 200km/h. Experience the thrill and speed of the fastest cars on the track as you race them from the sky!
PREMIUM RACE START SEATS
Limited premium seats for the Race Start can only be purchased at our ticketing booth at the track or pre-booked through our office. These exclusive seats sell out quickly, so call 02 9637 4455 to reserve yours in advance.

Front Seat: $600 per person
Rear Left Seat: $550 per person
Rear Middle Seat: $500 per person
Rear Right Seat: $450 per person
(Note: Rear seating is limited to 8 passengers in the Bell 412, 3 passengers in the AS350 Squirrel, and 2 passengers in the Bell 206.)
