10:45 It’s time to get airborne for the flight to the Hunter Valley via the Olympic site, Sydney Harbour, the Northern Beaches to Palm Beach and then north over the Hawkesbury River.
11:55 Land at Bistro Molines in the Hunter for a wine tasting at Carillion wines.
13:10 Dine at Bistro Molines where an exquisite lunch is served.
15:30 Depart for the journey home, flying over the Yengo, Dharug, Ku-ring-
gai Chase National Parks and southwards back towards Castlereagh.
16:20 Arrive back at Nepean Aerospace Park.
